Her expertise spans revenue management, digital marketing, distribution, and project management, with a particular passion for the intersection of revenue strategy and digital marketing.
Monica has a strong track record of identifying synergies between pricing, distribution, and marketing that lead to meaningful competitive advantage and revenue growth. Prior to consulting, she held roles with Eaton Workshop, part of Langham Hospitality Group, and Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Tourism Administration from The George Washington University School of Business, which informs her holistic understanding of the forces shaping hospitality demand and performance.
Monica lives in Baltimore, where she enjoys traveling, baking, and exploring the city with her two greyhounds.
