Dwight Yang is a highly accomplished revenue management and analytics leader with deep expertise across pricing, distribution, data architecture, and business intelligence systems. He has designed and implemented revenue management tools, processes, and system integrations for hotels, resorts, casinos, restaurants, and short-term rental portfolios.

Dwight brings a rare combination of academic rigor and real-world experience. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management Systems from Columbia University, an MBA from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and a Master’s in Revenue Management from Cornell University. His professional experience spans the U.S. and Asia and includes leadership roles with Marriott, MGM, Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, and prior to joining Richer Logic, most recently Viceroy Hotel Group, where he served as Director of Revenue Management in Washington, DC.

He is known for balancing RevPAR optimization with owner relations, market intelligence, and operational realities, ensuring strategies are both sophisticated and practical.

Dwight lives in Washington, DC, with his wife and young daughter and enjoys family travel, particularly vacations in the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
