Aaron Estorgio Calloway has spent the past decade working at the intersection of short-term rentals, data, and revenue strategy. Prior to joining Richer Logic, Aaron worked in client management and analysis at Transparent, which was later acquired by OTA Insight and rebranded as Lighthouse, a global lodging data provider.

In addition to his work in the vacation rental data space, Aaron has hands-on experience supporting revenue management for local hospitality brands and working with multiple short-term rental technology startups. He is widely respected for his ability to connect data, systems, and strategy in a way that drives actionable outcomes.

Aaron has global experience speaking at vacation rental conferences across continents and working with operators of all sizes. A California native and graduate of UC Santa Cruz, he has lived in New York and currently resides in Madrid, Spain.

When he is not working, Aaron can be found exploring lesser-known pueblos in Spain, listening to podcasts on quantum theory, learning Dungeons and Dragons, and attending as many live concerts as possible while his back still allows.
